UN Human Rights Council and dual standards
Tehran, IRNA – At a special session on the Ukraine war, the UN General Assembly suspended Russia's membership of the UN Human Rights Council at the request of the United States and its allies. The Human Rights Council is a UN body and a subsidiary of the General Assembly, which was established on March 15, 2006 after the dissolution of the UN Commission on Human Rights.
