Donald Trump says he wants the U.S. to receive $500 billion worth of Ukraine’s rare minerals as compensation for Washington’s military and financial aid to Kyiv.
Trump told reporters at the White House on Wednesday that he had spoken with Putin and Zelensky in separate phone calls and that both of those leaders wanted the war in Ukraine to end.
