Iran Pres to address Afghanistan's neighbors' meeting on Oct 27

Tehran, IRNA – The spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry announced on Tuesday that the second foreign ministerial meeting of neighbors of Afghanistan plus Russia will be held here on Wednesday.
