Grey mangrove saplings planted in Iran’s Qeshm
Some 2,000 saplings of grey mangrove (avicennia marina) were planted in the historic port of Guran located in the west of Qeshm Island in southern Iran on January 5, 2024 as part of a forestation program in one of the country’s key natures reserves.
