Cleansing illuminated shrine of Imam Reza (AS)
On the eve of the holy month of Ramadan and the new year, the shrine of Imam Reza (AS) was ritually washed with pure rose water on Sunday morning (Esfand 20, 1402) in the presence of the Supreme Leader's representative in Khorasan Razavi, and the custodian of Astan Quds. Dust removal is one of the ancient rituals of Razavi Holy Shrine, which is usually held several times a year in the presence of the supreme Leader, great verses and national and provincial authorities.
