Tehran, Feb 27, IRNA – Managing Director of the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) Mohammad Reza Norouzpour said in a meeting with Head of Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) Isa Hosseini Mazari on Saturday that Iran pays special attention to Afghanistan and Iranians are the best friends for the people of Afghanistan as it has been conclusively proven over past 40 years.
