    Arba’een pilgrims cross Chazzaben

    Iranian pilgrims continue to cross the border with Iraq to conduct their pilgrimage of Arba’een that marks 40 days after the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hossein whose holy shrine is located in the city of Karbala. More than 38,270 Iranian pilgrims have crossed the Chazzabeh border crossing located between Iran’s Khuzestan Province and the neighboring Iraq in a span of 24 hours started on Sunday afternoon.
