Qasr-e-Shirin, IRNA – Iran’s Police Chief Ahmad Reza Radan has hailed the huge presence of pilgrims in Arbaeen mourning ceremonies, which he said took place despite enemies’ efforts to discourage people from commemorating the religious event.
