Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s foreign minister in a phone talk with his Swiss counterpart stressing that negotiations to terminate anti-Iran sanctions will start next week, said that Iran is serious for reaching a good agreement, but the contradictory behaviors of Americans is a serious obstacle in negotiations.
