Ilam, IRNA – Head of the local branch of Iran's Organization for Development, Renovation and Equipping Schools (DRES) in western province of Ilam says a special school for foreign nationals has opened in the provincial capital of Ilam in a joint project with the United Nations refugee agency (UNHCR).
