Iranian province reports bumper date harvest
Tehran, IRNA – The date harvest in Sistan and Baluchestan province, southeastern Iran, has been completed with the harvesting of over 300,000 tons, an official from the Agricultural Jihad Organization in this province has announced.

Iran’s annual dates export reach $345m
Tehran, IRNA – Iran exported 390,000 metric tons of fresh dates, valued at $345 million, in the previous Iranian calendar year (from March 21, 2023, to March 19, 2024), as announced by an official from Iran’s Ministry of Agriculture Jihad.

Abpakhsh Grove in south Iran
The city of Abpakhsh, located in Iran’s southern province of Bushehr, is one of the tourist hubs of the province, which attracts a large number of visitors from across the country in winter. One of the city’s tourist attractions is its grove, which is regarded as the longest road with palm trees in southern Iran. The Abpakhsh Grove’s irrigation system, using water from Shapour and Dalaki rivers, is the oldest one in Iran, which was built by German experts 82 years ago. In addition to its natural beauty, Abpakhsh Grove offers edible products and handicrafts made from its palm trees.
