Iran’s top diplomat heads for Moscow to attend annual Caspian summit

Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s Top Diplomat Hossein Amirabdollahian has departed Tehran for the Russian capital to attend the annual summit of foreign ministers of the Caspian Sea littoral states.
