Tehran, IRNA – The Lebanon-based Al Mayadeen TV channel has obtained a document that shows there has been an agreement between the leading Palestinian factions Fatah and Hamas during talks in Cairo, Egypt on how they would manage the Gaza Strip after a potential end to the Israeli aggression on the territory.
