Tehran, IRNA -- Iran's Navy Commander Rear Admiral Shahram Irani has advised the US Navy to return to the “Bay of Pigs” and secure its own backyard to contain the flow of illicit drugs into the United States, instead of attempting to create so-called maritime collations in West Asia.
