Baghdad, IRNA – The Islamic Republic of Iran and Iraq have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on facilitating the commute of non-Iranian pilgrims who aim to cross the Iranian border to reach Iraq.
Tehran, IRNA – The spokesman of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) Rouhollah Latifi said that Iran-Iraq border crossings are closed for Arbaeen pilgrims and Iraq does not receive pilgrims on its borders.
