Moscow, IRNA – Prominent Russian Academician Alexander Dynkin believes that the BRICS group of countries have the required political and economic capacity to bring conceptual changes to the United Nations development goals after 2030 through altering the “failed policy” of sustainable development to what he calls “responsible development”.
