Recent rainfall in Ahvaz, southwestern Iran, cleaned the air in parts of the city and blanketed the city with fog. Pol-e Sefid (the White Bridge) – a tourist attraction of Ahvaz – was buried in fog on December 16, 2023. The fog and migratory birds attract a huge number of people in the fall every year.
