New York, IRNA - Iran's Acting Foreign Minister, Ali Bagheri Kani met with Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Ali al-Yahya at the United Nations and discussed the efforts of the Islamic Republic to expand relations with the Persian Gulf country.
