Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian arrived in Syria on February 11, 2024 on the second leg of a regional tour which started two days earlier in Lebanon. Amirabdollahian held talks with his Syrian counterpart Faisal Mekdad before attending a ceremony to mark the 45th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Damascus.
