'Sweden must hand over Quran-burning perpetrator'

It is the duty of the Swedish government to hand over the criminal who burned the Holy Quran to the judicial systems of Muslim countries, Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has said.
