Southwest Iranian cities feel temperatures of nearly 50°C

People in the cities of the southwestern Iranian province of Khuzestan have experienced temperatures of over 49 °C at various hours of the day since the beginning of summer. Based on the prediction of the Islamic Republic Meteorological Organization, southern, western, central, and some northern parts of the province may also feel a temperature of 50°C.
