Damascus, IRNA -- Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has departed for Turkiye following talks in Syria over the ongoing activities by terrorist groups there.
Araghchi left the Syrian capital on Sunday night, after negotiations with President Bashar al-Assad.
The Iranian foreign minister arrived in Damascus earlier on Sunday at the start of his regional tour that focuses on the ongoing events in Syria.
During talks with President Assad, Araghchi conveyed Iran’s message of support for Syria in its fight against terrorist groups.
