In an exclusive interview with IRNA on Monday, Al-Najjar stated that Iran was exercising its natural right to defend itself and its sovereignty against Israel, in accordance with international law, because the international community had failed to hold the Zionist regime accountable in the UN Security Council, leaving Iran with no choice but to take action.
Al-Najjar also emphasized that recent Iranian attacks on Israel had exposed the weaknesses of the Israeli regime and its defense systems.
He highlighted that the operation had boosted the morale of all those who seek freedom and support Palestine, especially oppressed nations in the region.
Al-Najjar concluded that the people of the region had long awaited such a strong and punitive action against Israel.
