Dmitry Peskov referred to the deadly attack by the Zionist regime on the Iranian diplomatic mission during a press conference on Thursday, according to IRNA news agency.
The Kremlin spokesman, however, called for restraint so that the situation does not lead to complete instability in the already volatile West Asia.
He also rejected media speculations that Moscow has received request to help resolve the situation between Iran and Israel.
At least five people, including two senior commanders of the Islamic Revolution Guards Crops who were on an advisory mission to Syria were martyred in Israeli airstrike on the embassy building on April 1.
The attack sparked global condemnations, with the Russian Foreign Ministry denouncing the Israeli action as "unacceptable".
"We consider any attacks on diplomatic and consular facilities, the inviolability of which is guaranteed by the relevant Vienna Conventions, to be categorically unacceptable," the Russian ministry said in a statement following the attack.
