In a statement on Wednesday to mark the upcoming International Quds Day, which falls on April 5 this year, the Army maintained that 75 years of relentless violence, terror, and aggression by the Zionist regime against the Palestinian people shows that the regime does not adhere to any human, moral, and legal principles.
“Therefore, the only solution to the Palestinian issue is to resist and fight until the destruction of this regime,” the statement added.
“Undoubtedly, the escalation of crimes and aggressions of the Zionist regime at the current stage is due to the internal and external crises of this usurping regime, and while revealing the ugly face of that regime to the world, it promises that the Zionist enemy is on the slope of destruction and collapse.”
The Army also condemned the Israeli regime’s Monday attack on Iran’s consulate in Syria and invited the Islamic Ummah to attend International Quds Day rallies to express support for the rightful cause of Palestine.
The Tel Aviv regime launched the genocidal war on Gaza on October 7, after Palestinian resistance groups carried out an operation against the occupying entity in retaliation for its intensified violence against Palestinians.
So far, the Israeli war on Gaza has killed 32,975 Palestinians and injured nearly 75,577 others in the besieged coastal territory.
