In the condolence note he wrote in the memorial book, Jalali expressed the deep sympathy of the government and people of Iran to the government and people of Russia.
In this message, Iran's ambassador to Russia, while strongly condemning this horrible crime, reminded that the Islamic Republic of Iran believes that a joint and effective fight against all forms of terrorism requires serious and non-discriminatory action by the international community.
He stressed that the Islamic Republic of Iran declares its full readiness to cooperate with all independent countries in reaching a comprehensive solution to combat this sinister phenomenon.
