According to Al-Ahed news network, Hamas issued a statement on Sunday, deploring the silence of the international community in the face of the humanitarian catastrophe created by the occupying regime’s war machine at Al-Shifa Hospital and the areas around it.
The movement said that the Israeli occupiers have continued horrifying atrocities including executing people and burning down their houses, leaving Palestinians without food and water as well as displacing the Gaza residents for six consecutive days, but despite these Nazi-style acts, there has been no reaction from UN agencies or international humanitarian organizations.
Hamas urged the Islamic and Arab world as well as freedom-seeking people around the globe and Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and al-Quds city to make all-out efforts to put maximum pressure on the occupiers and their advocates to stop the onslaught in Gaza.
The Palestinian movement also underlined that such heinous crimes would not stop resistance fighters and civilians fighting the occupation and seeking liberation and their right to self-determination.
Al-Shifa Hospital and other medical centers in Gaza have been among the prime targets of Israeli attacks since the regime began its genocidal war on the territory in early October.
