According to Palestine’s Shehab news agency on Sunday, Israeli media outlets released pictures of the soldier of the Nahal Brigade of the regime’s military.
There was no immediate report of when and where the Israeli soldier was killed.
According to the Israeli military, more than 250 soldiers have been killed since the regime began its ground assault in Gaza in late October.
Palestinian resistance groups however say that the Israeli military death toll is much higher as the regime hides the real number of the casualties amid public anger in the occupied territories over the Benjamin Netanyahu cabinet’s handling of the war and its failure to release captives held in Gaza.
Palestinian resistance fighters have been engaged in fierce clashes with the Israeli regime forces since the onset of the Gaza war on October 7.
The latest such clashes took place near Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, as the hospital remains under Israeli siege for a week now.
According to Al-Ahed news, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, which is the military wing of the Hamas resistance movement, hit Israeli military forces and equipment, including some Merkava tanks near the hospital.
The Qassam Brigades fighters also clashed with the occupying forces in the vicinity of Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis city, in the southern Gaza Strip.
