According to Israeli media, Captain Daniel Perez, one of the commanders of the 77th battalion of the Israeli army, was killed on October 7 and his body is still being held in Gaza.
The circumstances surrounding Perez’s death remains unclear as the Palestinian resistance group has not commented on the Israeli media reports yet.
The Zionist regime has, so far, confirmed the death of about 250 military personnel since Israel’s ground invasion of the besieged territory.
According to the regime's army, since the start of the Al-Aqsa Storm operation, more than 588 Israeli soldiers have been killed and over 3,000 more have been wounded.
