Hezbollah issued a statement that in line with its support for the Palestinian nation, the Israeli regime’s “al-Baghdadi” military base in the northern occupied territories was the target of its missiles, according to Beirut-based Al Manar TV which is affiliated with the resistance movement.
The Zionist regime or its media outlets have yet to report about casualties or damage at the base which had been the target of Hezbollah missiles before.
Meanwhile, Lebanon’s al-Mayadeen news network reported a new wave of Hezbollah rockets fired toward Israeli targets in the Galilee region in the early hours of Saturday.
On Friday, Hezbollah also confirmed targeting two more military bases of the Zionist regime in the northern parts of the occupied Palestinian territories.
Hezbollah and Israel have remained engaged in missile strikes on each other targets since the regime waged its genocidal war on Gaza following the Al Aqsa Storm Operation by the Palestinian resistance movement, Hamas in early October.
Hezbollah has largely been targeting Israeli military positions and spy installations and has repeatedly said that it will continue its operation until the Israeli regime ceases its bloody war against Gazans.
However, the Israeli regime has recently stepped up its aerial attacks on residential areas inside Lebanon, killing a number of civilians there, sparking more retaliatory attacks from Hezbollah.
