Sheikh Hassan al-Baghdadi said on Monday that if the decisive response of the resistance to the American and Zionist enemy had not taken place, the victory and the balance of deterrence would not have been imposed on them, the Iraq-based Alahad TV reported.
Referring to the Zionist regime's aggressive attacks on areas in southern Lebanon, he underlined that the Islamic Resistance responds to the aggressions appropriately and on par with the volume of the aggressions.
He underscored that the resistance response to the Americans and their proxies has led them to conclude that they cannot deter Hezbollah from taking military action.
He went on to say that the resistance's appropriate response made the Zionist regime fear. "As of today, we can see that they are not even considering an attack on Lebanon. However, if they do decide to make such a move, the resistance's retaliation would be shocking for the regime."
With the start of Operation Al-Aqsa Storm by the Palestinian resistance groups on October 7, Lebanon's Hezbollah, in support of the Palestinian people and reducing the pressure on the resistance in Gaza, has carried out daily and heavy operations against the Zionist targets inside the Palestinian territory.
