Amiri-Moqaddam made the remarks in a congratulatory message on Saturday over Zardari’s election to the post.
Zardari reminds of the bright and golden days of relations between the two brotherly, friendly and neighboring countries of Iran and Pakistan, the ambassador said.
Last week, Shehbaz Sharif was also reelected as Pakistan’s prime minister.
