1 Zionist killed, 7 injured in anti-tank missile strike from Lebanon

Tehran, IRNA - One Zionist settler has been killed and seven wounded after an anti-tank missile launched from Lebanon hit a settlement in northern occupied territories.

Israeli media reported on Monday that the missile landed near the Margaliot settlement.

Two of the injured were in serious condition, the reports said.

It was not immediately known who was behind the cross-border strike.

However, Hezbollah fighters and Israeli forces have exchanged fire on a daily basis since the occupying regime launched its genocidal war against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

In a statement on Monday, the Lebanese resistance movement said it had foiled an incursion attempt by Israeli troops from the Golani Brigade, who were trying to infiltrate into the Lebanese territory.

Hezbollah has warned that the missile and rocket attacks will continue until the Israeli regime ceases its hostilities in Gaza, where more than 30,000 Palestinians have been killed since October 7.

The Israeli army also carried out a missile attack on Tyre district in southern Lebanon. There was no information about casualties.
