Two missiles fired by Hezbollah landed in the western Gilalee region, according to the Beirut-based Al-Ahed news website.
Israeli media outlets also said that sirens sounded in barracks located in the same region.
The regime meanwhile carried out artillery attacks on several towns in southern Lebanon.
There were no immediate reports on possible casualties in each side.
Hezbollah and Israel have been engaged in clashes at Lebanon’s southern border since the regime unleashed its war on Gaza in early October.
The Lebanese movement says its attacks on the northern Israeli-occupied territories are aimed at providing support to Palestinian resistance fighters battling the regime on the southern front in Gaza.
