Israelis flock to stores in wake of Hezbollah threats: Reports

Tehran, IRNA — Israelis have flocked to stores for fear of Hezbollah missile attacks and the spread of war in the north of the occupied territories, media outlets have reported.

The recent speech delivered by Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the fear of an all-out war in the north of the occupied territories as well as the threats of missiles reaching the port of Eilat caused Israelis to flock to the stores, news media reported on Sunday.

The CEO of an electricity company named Noga, Saul Goldstein has also expressed concern over Hezbollah’s attacks on utilities and power plants of the Zionist regime.

If the war against the Gaza Strip continues, the Zionist settlers will face electricity and gas shortages, he noted.

Nasrallah, in his speech on Friday, said that Israel will pay a price “in blood” for killing Lebanese civilians, warning the regime that Hezbollah has a massive missile power that would allow it to strike Israeli targets from "Kiryat Shmona" all the way to "Eilat".

The Hezbollah chief issued the stern warning after separate Israeli airstrikes killed at least 13 civilians in southern Lebanon on Wednesday and Friday.
