The embassy in Stockholm said in a post on social media on Wednesday that certain media outlets in Sweden have recently turned a blind eye on the genocide of Palestinian people and are raising some illusionary and unproven issues about Iran to divert the attention of the Swedish people.
Ekot, the news service of the Swedish national radio broadcaster, recently claimed that Iran had allegedly planned some three years ago to murder certain Jewish figures in Sweden through two secret agents.
It said that the two agents had been expelled from Sweden two years ago. The report would not elaborate why the issue had not been uncovered for so long.
