The health ministry in Hamas in Gaza said on Sunday at least 26,422 people have been killed in the Palestinian territory since the war with Israel broke out on October 7.
The statement said at least 165 people were killed over the previous 24 hours, while another 65,087 have been wounded since the fighting began.
The Israeli regime waged its genocidal war against Gaza on October 7 after Hamas launched a surprise multi-pronged attack against the occupied territories in response to more than seven decades of occupation and suppression.
