Aziz Mansouri met with authorities in Azerbaijan’s foreign ministry in the capital Baku on Tuesday and submitted his diplomatic credentials to the related officials before departing for Nakhchivan.
He assumed his role as Iran's consul general in Nakhchivan on Wednesday.
