According to Al Mayadeen, Qassam Brigades targeted Tel Aviv and its suburbs with M90 missiles early on Monday.
The missile attack siren sounded in Tel Aviv, the report added.
The Zionist Channel 13 reported that at least 20 rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip towards Tel Aviv.
Earlier on Monday, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an umbrella group representing several Iraqi armed factions, announced an attack on Eilat city in the Israeli-occupied territories.
This strike happened following a drone attack on Israeli settlements in the Golan Heights, a rocky plateau in southwestern Syria, which is under the occupation of the regime.
