The regime’s military has decided to withdraw the 551st Brigade, the 14th Brigade and three training brigades from Gaza following an assessment of the combat there, Palestine’s Sama news agency reported Israeli Walla website on Sunday.
Other reports meanwhile cited significant retreat by the Israeli regime forces in the northwest of Gaza City. That comes as the 13th Golani Brigades already pulled out of Gaza more than a week ago due to heavy losses including the deaths of a number of its field commanders.
The Israeli regime has intensified its ground battles in Gaza over the past several weeks, but it has faced fierce resistance from Palestinian fighters defending the besieged territory.
The regime has at the same time pressed ahead with its air campaign in Gaza that has left at least 21,672 people killed since October 7.
