The prisoners will be released after the Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani pardoned them, IRNA reported on Sunday.
The release order was granted to the three Iranian nationals on the occasion of Qatar National Day on December 18, the statement said.
The three Iranian men identified with initials will return to the country after completing legal formalities.
Iran and Qatar signed an extradition of prisoner treaty about 15 years ago.
It was in September 2023, that Iran’s Ambassador to Qatar Hamid Dehghani, and Qatar's Attorney General Issa bin Saad Al Juffali Al Nuaimi discussed the affairs of some Iranians imprisoned in the Arab country.
