According to the latest figures released by the Palestinian Ministry of Health on Saturday, 21,507 Palestinians have been martyred and 55,915 Palestinians have been injured since the beginning of the Zionist regime’s brutal aggression on October 7.
The Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad resistance movement, said in a statement on Saturday evening that the fighters attacked Zionist settlements, including Mefalsim and Nir Am near the Gaza border and detonated two Israeli tanks and one Personnel carrier with “Tandem” and “RPG” rockets.
Accordingly, the Al-Mayadeen news network reported that Israeli forces faced hard attacks in the east of Bureij in the central Gaza Strip by Palestinian resistance fighters and were forced to withdraw from the region.
Previously, resistance fighters destroyed three Merkava tanks and two Israeli army soldiers at the Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Backed by the US, the Zionist regime waged the war on Gaza on October 7 after Hamas-led Palestinian Resistance groups carried out Operation Al-Aqsa Storm against the occupying entity in response to the Israeli regime’s decades-long campaign of death and destruction in Palestine.
