Nasrallah made the remarks in a meeting in Beirut on Thursday with Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian.
The meeting took place as part of Amirabdollahian’s visit to Lebanon.
During the meeting, the two officials exchanged views on the latest developments in the region, Lebanon, Palestine, and the war in the Gaza Strip.
They also explored ways to provide support for the Palestinian issue, and helping the stoppage of the brutal attacks of the Zionist regime against the Gaza Strip.
The Iranian foreign minister briefed the Hezbollah chief on Iran’s diplomatic efforts over the past weeks to provide aid to the Palestinian people and stop the Zionist aggressions in Gaza.
Amirabdollahian noted that the establishment of a humanitarian ceasefire and the exchange of prisoners has happened in the light of the resistance of the Palestinian people and is indicative of Zionist desperation.
Hezbollah's secretary general, for his part, hailed the exemplary resistance of the Palestinian people in Gaza, underlining the full preparedness of the resistance forces on different fronts.
Nasrallah stressed that the final victory of the resistance and the defeat of the Zionist enemy is certain.
The Iranian foreign minister’s visit to Lebanon is his second visit to the country since the beginning of the Zionist invasion of Gaza six weeks ago.
He arrived in Beirut on Wednesday for negotiations with Lebanese officials and leaders of the Islamic resistance groups.
During his stay in Beirut, Amirabdollahian also met with a number of resistance commanders as well as the prime minister and the parliament speaker of Lebanon.
