Amirabdollahian made the remarks in a meeting in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Wednesday with Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Hissein Brahim Taha.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of an extraordinary session of the OIC Executive Committee.
The Iranian foreign minister underlined the need for putting an immediate end to the criminal attacks of the Zionist regime against Gaza.
He also called for efforts to help dispatch humanitarian supplies to Gaza and counter the forced immigration of the people of the region.
The OIC secretary general, for his part, expressed satisfaction with Iran’s supportive stances in dealing with the issue of Palestine, noting that all the Muslim countries have to take a unified stance to put an end to these crimes.
