In a meeting with his Qatari counterpart, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, in Doha on Saturday, Amirabdollahian said the Zionist regime’s daily massacre of hundreds of Palestinians is intolerable.
He thanked Qatar for its firm support for Palestine during the recent developments.
He also slammed the US government’s double standards, saying while hundreds of Palestinian people are being killed each day, Washington calls on others to exercise restraint while, at the same time, increasing its military support for the criminal Zionist regime.
The Qatari foreign minister also attached importance to the consultations between Tehran and Doha, saying the continuation of this situation and Israel’s attacks against Gaza and the Palestinian people is worrying.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, 2,329 Palestinians, mostly women and children, have been killed and 9,714 others injured since the Israeli regime began its bombardment of the besieged enclave on October 7.
