According to Al Jazeera TV network cited by the IRNA on Monday, extremist settlers, heavily protected by Israeli security forces, stormed into Al-Aqsa Mosque for the third day in a row and carried out provocative acts.
The most recent desecration of the Al-Aqsa Mosque took place on the third day of the Jewish holiday known as Sukkot.
The Islamic Endowments Department in occupied al-Quds declared that 227 Zionist settlers entered the holy Islamic site from early Sunday morning to night.
In response to the sacrilege, the spokesman for the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas Hazem Qasim emphasized on Sunday that the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Palestinian prisoners are among the red lines of the Palestinian nation and that they will never allow the Zionist foes to offend them.
The spokesman also warned that the incumbent extremist cabinet of the Zionist regime launched a religious war against Islamic and Christian sanctities in the occupied al-Quds city and that the regime is seeking to put into operation its temporal and spatial proportion plan for the Al-Aqsa Mosque in any possible way.
