Demonstrators rallied in Tel Aviv and other cities across the occupied territories on Saturday, rejecting what they described as “divide and conquer” strategy by Netanyahu, Zionist media reported.
The protesters said that “the economy is collapsing” and all what people get is “provocations and the continued dismantling of democracy,” according to the news reports.
Netanyahu introduced the judicial overhaul in January 2023, causing public uproar over what critics see as damage to the independence of the court and opening door to corruption, among other things.
He has been pushing for the reform in defiance of public calls to scrap it, as he is facing corruption charges.
The reform has caused the worst political and social crisis for the Zionist regime in years.
It has sent the shekel down, while affecting the military as some reservists have said that they would not report for voluntary duty, raising warnings by the Zionist military chiefs that the regime’s war readiness could be at risk.
Various polls have also shown that many Israelis are considering to emigrate as they believe that the situation is getting worse.
