The settler population which stood at 115,000 in 1993 has increased to reach over 750,000 in 2023, Samaa said in a report on Sunday.
The Oslo Accords, a two-part agreement between the Zionist regime and Palestinian Liberation Organization, were signed in the United States and Egypt in 1993 and 1995, respectively, and was aimed to initiate a peace process between the two parties.
The report by Samaa further said that the number of settlers in the occupied West Bank was 430,000 in 2018. The figure rose to over half a million across 158 settlements in the region and in 24 settlements in the occupied East Jerusalem.
