A statement by the Moroccan Foreign Ministry expressed gratitude for the offer but made it clear that there is no need for the Israeli help at the moment, Zionist media reported on Sunday.
They said that the Israeli military was due to dispatch an aid delegation to quake-hit areas in Morocco, while an emergency NGO was prepared to join relief efforts in the African country.
The 6.8-magnitude tremor has so far left more than 2,100 people dead in Morocco. Rescuers are still searching for survivors and have warned that the death toll may rise.
