World Deaf Greco-Roman 2023: Iran finishes runner-up in Bishkek

The Iranian national team of Greco-Roman wrestlers stood behind Turkiye by winning eight medals, including one gold, three silvers, and four bronzes.

The men’s team of the host country, Kyrgyzstan, finished third.

The 5th World Deaf Cadet and Junior Greco-Roman and Freestyle Wrestling Championships kicked off in Kyrgyzstan’s capital on September 2. The games will wrap up on September 12.
